What’s your return policy?
Once your monthly membership debits out of your account there will be no refunds. If you decide to cancel your month then please let us know a week before the payment processes and we will freeze your payment(s) until you let us know you will return. If you would like to cancel your membership all together then we will remove your payment information from our records immediately.
If the class falls on a holiday or the week of Christmas there will be make-up classes to ensure 4 classes a month.
If you miss class and want a make-up class please talk to your instructor or one of our team members so we can work it out.
